As a former competitive athlete in football (FA Women’s Premier League), I bring firsthand insight into the mental challenges of high performance, fuelling my passion for building psychological resilience.

I research organisational culture in sport and business, examining what drives high-performance environments and addressing challenges like inappropriate or toxic behaviors. My work focuses on leadership dynamics, values, and communication to develop strategies that foster ethical, supportive cultures where sustainable success and individual well-being thrive.

Guided by positive psychology, my strengths-based approach helps individuals and teams connect with their purpose, handle pressure, and build confidence. My goal is to support environments where people grow, thrive, and achieve together.
